Materials may be picked up at our local store (4401 11th Ave NW, Seattle WA 98107) or you may request a free delivery if your zip code falls within our free local delivery area, which includes the Everett/Seattle/Tacoma corridor. Free delivery is limited to 15 bags per order. Larger orders may be processed by calling (206-783-2811) or emailing (info@pavingstonesupply.com) the store and will be subject to a flat delivery rate based on zip code.
The Pavingstone Supply team takes pride in its ability to deliver the right products – on time. Occasionally a problem may occur with your order, usually based on vendor supply, transport, or quality control issue, and is out of our direct control. We will endeavor to give you as much advance notice of any delay or issue with your particular order as soon as we know the facts and can plan accordingly. Please note the following:
If a product and/or a portion of your order is not immediately available or back-ordered from our vendor, you can choose from the following alternatives:
Waiver of Responsibility: Purchaser assumes all responsibility for any property damage caused by SELLER’S truck within the confines of the job site. PURCHASER agrees to provide safe and suitable access to the point of delivery that has sufficient load-bearing capacity for SELLER’S vehicle and that is clear of fixed objects, underground utilities, or overhanging wires. SELLER’S vehicle IS NOT permitted to travel inside of, or across curb lines. If so directed, PURCHASER assumes all responsibility for damages that may occur as a result of SELLER’S vehicle inside the curb line.
Driver Safety: We attempt to foresee any issues that a delivery site may pose, but this is not always possible. Once on site, the driver may decline to complete a delivery for any safety or logistic concerns. The driver has final say on safety or suitability for delivery. If we cannot deliver to the desired location on site, we may attempt a nearby secondary location.
